Zelda: Oracle of Ages is a well-constructed sequel to the series of Zelda games. The game is third-person based and is a great replica of the original Zelda game on SNES. The story is fairly long. The game should last for a long time. The graphics are pretty good for a game on Gameboy Color. The game is only for Gameboy Color and newer, so the graphics are not obsolete. There are many different environments for gameplay. Link, the main character, travels from towns to dungeons. Zelda: Oracle of Ages features most of the same characters as the other games. There still is the hero Link and Princess Zelda. The new characters are the Oracle of Ages and the villain. There aren't many tunes to listen to in the game. Most songs are just the same for the environment. The world map is not very large either. There is only one town. The only thing different is the age you are in. The one thing that changes frequently through the game is time. Link travels through the past, present and future randomly. The storyline may seem confusing but cn easily be depicted. One thing that doesn't makes the game interesting is constantly getting new add-ons. In the beginning you start out only with a sword. As the game progresses, Link gets better offense and defense add-ons. One of the best add-ons is the harp of ages. This can be fun since you can travel through time and see the changes in the towns and villages, therefore increasing the freedom in gameplay. Zelda: Oracle of Ages is fairly normal for a game of its type. It is a true sequel to the other Zelda games. Review by sdcoolskater
