Spyro 2 is the sequel to the first game for Playstation. I have not yet had the opportunity to play it yet. Ripto's Rage begins when Spyro and his little companion Sparx hope to go to Dragon Shoes, until Spyro finds out that the nasty creature Ripto has made Avalar miserable. It's up to Spyro and Sparx to get everything back to normal in Avalar! Graphics in the game are good but are pretty close to perfect. Some shots look really amazing like the movie sequences. To me, some things look like Nintendo's Mario, a 3-D character with unproportioned body parts. Sound is not that great. That's why I gave that a low score. Some of the music can be a little off but it does relates to the level though. The music by Stewart Copeland is okay if you like to hear a little different things. He worked hard to make it fit with the level in my own opinion.... Time-Consuming gives this game a bit of a higher score because it took me some time when I first played this. I beat this with a friend in Maryland. Before he came over, It took me a little time trying to figure things out! To some people, it may be a while but overall a few hours maybe... Hopefully you see why I gave a score of 7 to Insomniac Games' Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage. Review by ibblebay |
